The structure has geometric elements that organize the facade and make the access visible. This geometry solves the pergola on the terrace, where the solarium and grill space are located, and ends up being the structure of the pool. The swimming pool is suspended towards the quiet part of the building where the rear garden is located. The basement has the garage and a gym with a changing room. Through a vertical stair, you can access the public area on the ground floor, where all the main functions face to the outside garden. Finally, on the upper floor, three bedrooms were projected.
