With dynamic lines, and contrasts, the house is implanted in the land responding in a particular way in each of its facades. The sector with the highest functional hierarchy \u2013 living room \u2013 has an exposed concrete structure as an envelope, while the service sector \u2013 kitchen, service bedroom and guest bedroom \u2013 is identified as wooden volumes, thus contrasting the large presence concrete and compact concrete with warm material. On the upper floor are the private uses that consist of four en suite bedrooms that enjoy the most privileged visuals. Towards the rear of the garden, the public space extends and an outside living room looks at the river as an annex to the pool and solarium area.<\/p>\n
